Numbers will vary if you change the menu details, but by leaving your contact information at the end of this form and submitting the request, our Catering Manager will follow up by email to confirm the date. Need your event staffed?
(Recommended for groups of 80+. Cost is $2.25 per each event guest to staff your event. Staff member sets up the buffet and remains for the durations to keep the buffet orderly and keeps hotel pans full. Once everyone has eaten staff member will pack up your leftovers before departing.)

Configure Chips & Salsa Spread:
NOTE: The Fresh Mexican buffet includes house made chips and all three salsa. Adding the Chips & Salsa spread would provide more chips and salsa as well as add guacamole and mango salsa. Alternatively, you can just order guacamole and mango above. Adding the Chips & Salsa spread is a common practice for weddings and tailgater type events ONLY. It would be excessive and unnecessary for most events. Please see downloadable menu for details.

Catering orders with lemonade must be placed at least one week in advance of requested delivery date and be a minimum of 20 servings.

Now that you’ve made your selections, please provide your contact information. Your submittal will be emailed to our Catering Manager for confirmation and scheduling purposes. A record of your submittal will also be emailed to the address you provided.
